Do you offer Catering?
We provide food for many Special Events, but I’m not a Caterer because I don’t sell food. I sell a Service.

We typically can’t do more than one event per day, so once you book and pay the deposit, your date is set in stone.
What are the Food Options if I book you for my Event?
Every event has a Custom Designed Menu, even for repeat Clients. I can do just about any type of Cuisine (with the exception of Sushi) but my favorites are Southern, Italian, & Greek. I have the most fun (and the guests do too) when we have a “Live Station” where people can watch me cook.
Do You Cost more than with a Traditional Caterer?
It depends on the Menu you choose. My Chef Fee is based on the time I spend providing the service. The Grocery Cost mostly determines the bottom line price. If I am making Chicken & Dumplings or Cast Iron Ribeyes, the Chef Fee will be the same, but obviously the Food Cost will be much greater for Steaks.
